Installing campsite on windows xp(local)

    I have apache 1.3.33, php 5, mysql 5 and my applications run just fine on my windows xp system. I tried to install and use campsite on it(http://localhost/campsite/) but I keep on receiving this error:

    Forbidden
    You don't have permission to access /campsite/ on this server.
