    It might also be outside your price range, but Sagonet provides server
    rental along with 1 terabyte of network traffic per month for $99. We've
    used them for a Campsite hosting project for West Africa, with quite good
    results.

    The only warning about working with a rented server is that you still have
    to provide for all the sysadmin work yourself, so every time you need to
    upgrade for security reasons, for example, you'll have to do that yourself
    in most cases.
