howto install new template in campsite 3.01

    Hello,

    I was happy to test the new installation of campsite, even as a newbie, it was very straightforward.
    Creating a new plublication is easy but it not clear which template to use.
    No I am trying to install the demo template (campsite3.0-sample-template-01-v3) but, unfortunately, there is no README in the tar.
    Could you give me the exact way to install them:
    1/ where to install the files (conf files images templates)
    2/ when should I install them, before creating the first site, the first publication, ...
    3/ the is a sql file, 'campsite-database.sql', should it be excuted ?
