[campsite-dev] Changes to Article Edit screen

    In order to accommodate the additional options for article comments, I think
    we need to rearrange the top portion of the "Article Edit" screen. This is
    what I am thinking:

    The top would contain:
    Name - Created by - Creation date
    Number - Type - Publish date

    Then there would be a javascript "Show/Hide" link, which will show/hide the
    following options without having to reload the page:

    * Show article on front page
    * Allow public viewing
    * Show article on section page
    * Comments enabled/locked/disabled
    * Keywords

    Comments?
