    Hi Chris,

    What operating system and version are you running?
    Apache user should be able to create its own crontab file in order to
    complete this step.

    I'm not 100% sure I'm just awaiting a response from the tech support, my hosting company is andihosting.co.uk

    In the control panel I can input cronjobs manually,

    is there anyway I can bypass this stage?
