The topic is an object, like the article, which means it has attributes like
name, value etc. See

You can list article topics in the template:
http://code.campware.org/manuals/campsite/3.2/index.php?id=138

The article object has the following attributes and functions related to the
topics:
- topics_count
- has_topics
- has_topic()
