Airtime on Ubuntu distros newer than 14.04

    I have been using Airtime on Ubuntu 14.04 for three years and I remember reading that it was not compatible with Ubuntu 15.04. Now, I see more than one topic dealing with installation in Ubuntu 18.04 and directions in that regard. I also spotted some comments mentioning dependency problems...etc. My question is this: is it now possible to install Airtime on any of Ubuntu versions later than 14.04 and have it work without hassle and, if yes, on which distribution and what is the procedure?
