How To Install Liveblog from scratch on Ubuntu 16.04 on a live server

    Hi there! 
    I try to setup liveblog on my Ubuntu 16.04 Server to use it on a productive system. The documentation on GitHub is only with the python virtualenv version and the docker file also throws only errors. I already created a GitHub issue and asked for help on StackOverflow but overall I was not able to get liveblog up and running on my server. 

    Is there a proper install instruction for the liveblog server?
