Plain Text Issue

    I have created a new user with some permission. The user creation was not an issue. Now, I want to create an article using the new user. I logged in successfully, however when I click + {Create button} nothing happens. FYI, I can create a plain text in case of Administrator. What am I doing wrong here? Please suggest me to fix this issue. Thanks

    Hi Kiran,

    Most likely your new user doesn't have granted the privilege to create content in the archive. As the admin user, go to the new user's profile via Users Management, check the privileges and make sure the ARCHIVE privilege is checked. The other thing you can do is to define a role with ARCHIVE granted and assign the role to the user.
