    Please make sure the multiviews option was enabled in the apache virtual
    host (see also the INSTALL file) and restart apache. Example:


    Options -Indexes FollowSymLinks MultiViews
    ...


    There is no admin directory and none is needed. Apache runs admin.php
    whenever it receives a request like: /admin/...
