Failing First Login

    I'm a new user to Airtime and everything appeared to go smoothly during install but by first login attempt isn't working. Each attempt give the wrong username or password error. I've seen some posts mentioning resetting via the DB but I haven't been able to go that route because the update returns 0 when using those commands (those posts are old so perhaps its just out of date.)

    I did attempt removing airtime then purging and auto removing dependencies, and reinstalling. I get the opportunity then to reset the admin password (which I do) but it still isn't working.

    Curiously, I've never seen a captcha appear which is mentioned should appear after several failed login attempts.

    The only other thing I have to go on is MEDIA_MONITOR_PROCESS_ID failing during airtime-check-system at the end of installation. I assumed this was some kind of lack of SSL cert problem but I really don't know. Thought I could sort that out after logging in.

    Any ideas are appreciated!

    I took a look at the cc_subjs table directly and found no rows at all. I added an admin user manually and set just the login, pass, and type column (type column I set to 'A').

    I'm now able to login, though I haven't done anything else yet. Hopefully, 'A' is the proper type I'm looking for.

    Am I missing anything else?

    Follow up:

    During another installation from scratch (troubleshooting a different issue) I decided to try a different password during the guided install and everything worked as it should.

    The password which did not work is as follows: &lgQ$PG1aXAh#K7x6xkx06b4
