Airtime in ubuntu 14.04 installed properly but not working

    I have installed ubuntu 14.04 in a xeon server. First i
    installed icecast2 server and it is working. Then i installed airtime
    .deb setup package and it showed that the installation was successful.
    But after installation when i tried to see whether it is working or not
    by typing http://127.0.0.1:8000 in the browser, the screen remains same
    showing icecast2 server status. It is not reflected the status of
    airtime with icecast2. What can i do now? Please reply.

    That is the icecast interface. You should have an apache virtual server set up @ airtime.127.0.0.1:80. you can run airtime-system-check to see what the URL is.

    The install docs say use Ubuntu 12.04LTS. This is one of the reasons.

    The Apache webserver config is different for 14.04 to you will have to set it up manualy (not difficult at all)

    Google apache virtual server setup ubuntu 14.04
    No longer using Airtime or Libretime.

    Never saw this post before I start the other ,my proxy never refesh

    Okay when you install 14.04 it will say connected but you need to change the stream settings to mp3 or create an Ogg mount point in the icecast xml with this

    airtime_128.ogg
    Anyone reading this a find it funny about my grammar , I make no apology ,Go get a translator.
