Hi Jason,

You mean php 5.2.6, right?
Did you rename htaccess to .htaccess (which is on your root htdocs
dir) and restarted apache after that?

Yes sorry it was with 5.2.6 and yes i did restart my server after the install when i click on admin i just get nothing

"Not Found

The requested URL /admin/index.php was not found on this server."

It seems the ADMIN_DIR is not being set some where?

I got around this issue seems i had to set up a vhost i just could not get it to load the admin section with out it have it working for the most part had a few issues that required me to install APC when deleting the sample publications it would throw an error on the clear cache in the database handler around line 554 i think it was installed apc and it stop happening even though i have cache disabled in system prefs. The issue i currently have is i can run sync phorum users and site users or add comments i get "Field 'user_data' doesn't have a default value: "
