    Yes, please change permissions to apache. It seems the Campsite installer
    could not write the configuration file.

    This is very insecure way to handle config file and campsite itself.
    I believe way better setting would be read only to apache all you can
    and if install needs to change something, it simply reads the source,
    make changes and lets you to download the modified file with info
    where to place it.
    Less friendly but secure.
