Error Adding Users

    Hello, I am trying to add a Journalist user to my campsite install. However, I get this error:

    The user account could not be created.

    I got this with all the forms filled in, no other feedback. I can add and edit articles just fine, so I don't think this is a database issue. Any ideas? I tried the documentation, but did not turn up anything.
