Newscoop 3.5.3 Installation Throws Up Errors!

    After several unsuccessful attempts to instal Newscoop 4.2, I decided to install Newscoop 3.5.3.
    The installation was successful up to the screen where I was asked to select the "Journal" Theme. On clicking "Next", I got a page full of errors!

    My intention was to install Newscoop 3.5.3, then upgrade to Newscoop 4.2 later. Can I do this? Please let me know. It has been a crazy set of days, as I can't find a way to install Newscoop on a server that meets all the requirements.

    My Server:
    Linux Shared Hosting running Apache, MySQL with cPanel Admin.
