When I click on the library tab , it seems to be freezing on the processing stage and no files show up at all. It seems to be on my end as someone else who also has access to the files has no problem viewing it on his end. I have tried 2 different computers , both Windows 8 , using Chrome and IE on one , and Chrome , Comodo Dragon , and Maxthon Cloud on the other. Does anyone have any idea where I might look to fix the problem? I am sure it is a setting of some sort on my end that I accidently clicked on and can not find the right place to undo it , probably a script having been blocked?
Hi Darcy, try making a new admin user account and logging in with that. It could be that a table in the database which controls the display of library columns has been corrupted. If making a new user account works, you can try resetting that table for the original user by clicking the Owner checkbox in the Show/Hide Columns pop-up menu.
