Hi, I've just upgraded to Airtime 2.4.1 - didn't know it was out yet, but that's what apt-get upgraded to!
I have about 37 playlists that are an hour in length, with a fixed format of 2 songs, 1 jingle, 2 songs, 1 jingle etc.
I scheduled today's automation, and the sequence of 2 songs, 1 jingle has been mixed up - so for example, it is now sometimes playing 4 or 5 songs back-to-back and then all the jingles in a bunch at the end.
I've checked the playlists themselves, and they are listed in the correct sequence, so I've had to go through the schedule and manually drag the files around so they are in the correct sequence for today, but I don't want to have to do that every day as it's incredibly time consuming.
Hi sorry - I haven't had a chance to check the forums over the last day or so.
@Cliff Crossfade settings are set to 0.5 seconds currently in Preferences. I did try them at 1.0 seconds initially. Do you think it could be related to that?
Like @Bart, these are effectively playlists - no smart stuff, no linked shows although the shows themselves (not the playlists) are set to repeat.
Also like @Bart, I can provide an SSH and web login, although bear in mind it is a live system :)
Are your jingle files of a shorter duration than your default crossfade setting? How long is the shortest file? If the jingle file is shorter than the default crossfade duration there is a bug right now where the order can be messed up.
