afaik of my SAM-Test, you have to open the Windows "Encoders" and get a CheapestStream.com-Encoder-Login to use the Streaming-Plugin.

If you setup this, you just have to follow the steps for connecting Master Source.
If you have trouble connecting SAM, try different freeware-clients like butt or edcast-reborn to verify your airtime-setup.
