Chapter revisions with no changes

    I am not sure how this works in the current version of Booktype, but it might be cool if the chapter history would ignore revisions with no actual changes to the contents of the chapter.

    Probably depends on your editing style, I tend to go through the chapters making only minor changes or maybe no changes at all, and then just instinctively hit the save button. Which means that the history tab has a lot of revisions with no changes.
