Secure source connection

    Hiya,
    Am just beginning to play around with Airtime again, and was wondering if it was possible to connect an input source securely. I don't like the idea of the password being transmitted in the open (if this is indeed what happens). Is secure source authentication possible?

    it's possible via secure transport like openvpn or ssh tunnel. Natively it isn't supported by liquidsoap.

    Ok, I've made an ssh tunnel with putty, and that's pretty much solved the issue for me. Thanks very much.
