Actually file named http://downloads.sourceforge.net/project/airtime/2.3.0/airtime-2.3.0-ga.tar.gz

And next step it is
sudo ~/airtime-2.3.0/install_full/ubuntu/airtime-full-install
But how i can install airtime-2.3.0 by hands without any scripts?
I'm using Fedora 18 distro and trying to pack rpm.

Thanks for mentioning that, I will update the manual.

I would not suggest using that script for Fedora, as it is quite
specific to Ubuntu (for example, it directly downloads packages via
apt-get instead of using the dependency system).

I would suggest that you take a look at 'Minimal install' here:

http://en.flossmanuals.net/airtime-en-2-3/manual-installation/

In step 11, you will probably have to modify the script:

~/airtime-2.3.0/install_minimal/airtime-install

to suit Fedora. This script (and its includes) perform a number of
tasks, including:

1. Copying files to the correct locations
2. Creating system users (such as pypo)
3. Starting services
4. Setting up the postgres database
