rebroadcast another stream

I have another radio station and I need to put stream from this radio station into Master or Show Source.All that I have - only stream, I found an article about configuring such tools like Mixxx, Virtual DJ etc, but that doesn't work for me.

In library page click New -> Webstream.Airtime Pro Hosting: http://airtime.pro
