Needing a simple registration system to put in all hands, I searched for a solution
I found this: https://sourceforge.net/projects/radiorecwebgui/

some more info:

at must be authorized for the user www-data (/ etc / at.deny)
streamripper should be installed

however protect the directory where the utility is installed (for example with htaccess)

You can translate it with this 3 files :
language-xx.php, lang-xx.js and stream.js

available in english and german (french on this thread : http://forum.sourcefabric.org/discussion/15026/enregistrement-de-flux-de-maniere-simple )

rotter is good if you have an acces to airtime server and jack configured ;-)
this one can be used everywhere :D
that's not the same thing
