we just upgraded from airtime 2.2RC to airtime 2.2.1 at our radio station. we did it manually and followed the instructions (backed up old instance, deleted old instalation, installed new, imported backed up settings). the new instance is working fine except from one thing: if we need to go to the library tab to search for some files, playlista or streams, the library is being "processed" all the time, without showing any result. we can get rid of the constant processing only if we chose the "files", "playlists" or "smartblocks" filter. on "all" or "web streams" we only get "processing". the same thing happens if we want to add some file to our playlists.
we suspect that this is caused by the webstreams that we made when we were still on airtime 2.2RC, but don't know how to get rid of them. we also need this feature very much, so any help (how-to) would be greatly appreciated!
purging and reinstalling will erase all previous settings, right? so when the new instance of airtime is installed is there a way to import old settings without getting this "procssing" error again?
we're not really linux experts and it took as some time to attune the system to work as we needed, so we're a bit affraid that if we do it again from point zero, it would take more time that we have. (there's a webstream that we'll broadcast tonight) but... man's gotta do what man's gotta do! ;)
