Adding Live Desk to Newscoop

    I am still in the process of understanding the Superdesk framework, how to install and configure it. In the meantime I would like to use the GEN Live Desk feature.

    Is it possible to add Live Desk  to Newscoop as a plug-in or is this strictly a Superdesk module?  If so, how is it done?

    Livedesk is a standalone application and it will be also a plugin of the future Superdesk. You can't add Livedesk to Newscoop in one single admin interface. They are not compatible. What you can do is install Livedesk and embed liveblogs in Newscoop articles. See this manual on how to embed a liveblog:
