Would be a nice feature if we had events in Airtime. I'd like to call a PHP-Script that generates banners with "Now Playing". When a new song starts it should pass "Title" and "Creator" to the script.
Here are two results

And we could parse information to Tunein.com API what is currently playing.

Update the song now playing on a station
    GET http://air.radiotime.com/Playing.ashx?partnerId=<id>&partnerKey=<key>&id=<stationid>&title=Bad+Romance&artist=Lady+Gaga

But i have to call the widget every xx seconds? I'd like to have something like "On New Song call URL http://......"
Or is this possible with widgets?

The widgets use polling at the moment (so not what you are looking for).

On every new track, we do however have a callback script defined. You can add more as you like. Take a look here:
