Booktype-demo levels' management

    I would like to test BookType in your demo area http://booktype-demo.sourcefabric.org/. My book has a 3 levels structure:
    - Parts
    -- Sections
    --- Chapters

    How can I manage such a structure there? For what I can see this installation (or is this a constraint by design?) is able to manage up to 2 levels (Sections and Chapters). Or am I wrong?
