Right, but (i think) you can used inside de loop of a list article. Try:

<!** list length 5 article>

<!** list articleAttachment>
        <!** if ArticleAttachment Extension is "wmv">  

                This print the Attach URL: <!** URI
ArticleAttachment>

                <!-- Your embed code here -->
              
        <!** endif>
<!** endlist>

<!** endlist>
