How to Change Admin URL

    I am trying to find what file controls the redirection to mydomain.com/admin i would like to change it to i.e mydomain.com/authors 

    I have changed the rewrites in .htaccess ( this does not seem to be it ), anyone know what file is controlling the redirection to $domain/admin  :)

    You can not change admin url because it's hard coded inside newscoop application.
