After upgrade: can not log into admin interface

Hi everybody,
I went with the update in Ubuntu 11.10 and after the upgrade, I point to my admin interface http://newscoop.local/admin/ and get this message:Site is down for upgrade. Please initiate upgrade process.
How do I initiate the upgrade process?
