Pictures/Images and text are not published to PDF

    I'm a bit new to booktype, a managed to install a new server and now I want to publish someting.
    All is going fine when I go top publish and publish my book, I can download it from http://objavi.booki.cc but it's without text and without the pictures I uploaded. Did I forgot something during the install? I can't find any logging that indicates that something is going wrong.

    you need to register booktype with an objavi (renderer) server...we have
    one you can use if you havent installed it

    Thank you adam. How do I register my booktype with your objavi server? I couldn't find a howto with detailed instructions on how to install objavi and the required software.

    Just to be sure: Publishing to a Book (PDF) to http://objavi.booki.cc
     works, I can download the PDF, but the PDF only has the name of the book in it and empty pages, the chapters, text and pictures are not included in the PDF.
