Booktype - How to create a Subchapter

    Hello,

    I recently installed Booktype and was able to create Sections and Chapters. But how might it be possible to create a sub-chapter?
    I know I could do it with headings in a chapter itself, but for structuring and reusing of content it might be convenient to get it in sub-chapters.
