i would like to open one new folder on my web server.

but evrithing is close for htaccess

for exampl the folder name is digital

what i write on the .htacces and have full access on my folder?

add into .htaccess an exception like this:

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !/+foldername

i have and .swf .swz .js .html in the folder and they don't work

why?
