Mysql table help

One of our old sites - still running 3.4.2 - is on a shared host which is now at critical level - want to backup and update to new version
The largest tables are
Requests
RequestStats
Sessions
ArticleIndex
our site only has the last 90 days information on - so i could delete anything older than that

how could we help exactly? You try to make a dump of database or Newscoop backup?
