[campsite-support] campsite not working - Newscoop Support Discussions on Sourcefabric Forum

hello

am alaa the webmaster of amin.org website , we are using campsite 2.5version

my web site stopped suddenly yesterday , on my server all sites is working
well ecxepts the campsite sites ,

i am recieving a blank page when i visit my site ( www.amin.org )

i restarted the apache and the system many times but nothing done

so please can you send me any hint to fix this problem

also now i opened the log table of the campsite and i found this threre
strange records

thanks for sending me , i made your suggestion but i recieved that no
prosess killed ,

what can i do , i checked all options and i did't find any error on logs
files, except some erros about digest authantication

when i put any internel link like:
http://www.amin.org/look/amin/en.tpl?IdLanguage=1&IdPublication=7&NrArticle8795&NrIssue=1&NrSection=3

i recived the following error

*Error reading configuration: Invalid attribute name: BIN_DIR *

It is hard to decide what is the real problem, but if you did not change
the templates you write about, than it seems very possible someone got
your campsite user password and uploaded the "bad templates" to do
whatever he wants to.

1) Reset all campsite passwords
2) get those two templates if they still exist to debug what they did
3) depending on the content of files you should decide what is the next
step.

than very good thing is to upgrade OS and applications, use SSL for
admin interface...

P.S. it seems that the templates deleted parts of campsite. I recommend
you to restore them from backups.

They had been hacked.
I restored most of the damage, so they are back online, however the
server is still unsecure.
Tomorrow we will talk about the next step.
