Uploaded files not in library (only after monitor restart)

Hello guys, I have a problem with the media library (again)When users upload mp3 files, do not appear in the library until you reboot the media monitor.(service airtime-media-monitor restart)

This keeps coming up.
If admin uploads files - does it work? Or is it just other users?
No longer using Airtime or Libretime. -

Hi, any suggest about this problem?I 've an updateThe imputed folder is in /mnt/media/The files uploaded are all in imported folder and non in the users folderalso after run the media monitor restart
