Title of Universal List page

Hi guys, right list this time :-)

If I click on Universal List in the Content menu, the title of the page
loaded, shown below the breadcrumb trail, is 'Article List'.

Surely this should say 'Universal List' to distinguish it from the
original Article List, which has a different interface?

I've attached a couple of screenshots which illustrate the point. Please
let me know if you want me to open a JIRA ticket.

    Cheers!

    Daniel

  • Please wait on this feature cause the dev site does not have the latest code
yet. Please try to work on something else until this gets committed to the
    main branch.

    Hi Mugur,

I understood that campsite-dev.sourcefabric.org was reinstalled daily
from the git repository - is that not the case?

I am preparing the manual for 3.5, so I am trying to follow upstream
changes as closely as possible. In this particular case, the Universal
List/Article List inconsistency is the same in 3.4.3.

I could just file tickets in JIRA, but because I'm new to Campsite, I
thought I should ask first if there are good reasons for some of these
    interface quirks that I'm noticing.

    Cheers!

It is but we work on multiple branches. campsite-dev is updated from the
master branch which receives changes only after features were reviewed and
resolved. So it is really not up to date from the development point of view.

  • Hi Daniel,

campsite-dev is upgraded nightly from the git master repository, but
as we recently started using git properly we now have different
branches and not only master. So, basically major features are being
developed in separate branches as it is the case of the universal
list. So, this changes are not pushed to the master repository and so
you cannot see them at campsite-dev.

The universal list was completely re-implemented, so nothing to do
with the one you see in campsite-dev now. All the functionality is
done and I will start the code review today, after that we will merge
the changes to master and you will see it in action at campsite-dev.

So, meanwhile please follow Mugur's recommendation.

    Cheers,
