Firefox pasting into pop-ups in 3.5?

    Hi guys,

The manual says this about the TinyMCE editor:

"The editor works identically in Mozilla Firefox and MS Internet
Explorer browsers, except that Firefox adds an extra step in cutting and
pasting text (due to its, generally wise, security settings). If you are
using Firefox, a window will pop up (make sure you allow popups for your
Campsite instance in the browser) in which you'll be able to paste the
    text from the clipboard."

In 3.5-alpha I can't see any pop-ups when pasting into the Body field
(tested with Firefox 3.6.12 on Ubuntu Lucid). Has Campsite and/or
TinyMCE or Firefox been fixed so this pop-up is no longer necessary?

    Cheers!

    Daniel

Don't know what's happening in 3.5 alpha, one of the devs should reply, but it
was a Firefox issue (security feature, actually).

    All the best,

    Sava

  • This one was fixed like 1 year ago just by upgrading tinymce, so
yes... documentation is not up to date.
Why are we using campcaster-dev for this btw? :-)

Sorry, auto-completion in my mail client got the better of me ;-)

    Cheers!
