Problem creating users in Newscoop 4.0
Hey, this is a strange behavior. Is it happening since you first installed 4.0 or it started after some time ? I cannot think of any reason for this, some platform specific issue perhaps, as there are multiple other users using 4.0 and we haven'…

Installation does not run
Make sure your hosting have all requirements to run Newscoop, in this case seems like mod_rewrite is not enabled for the Apache server.

Thanks for the info. I found a bug in the code setting the include_path, we will keep looking into it and provide a solution soon. We need to find out why it's reproducible in only some specific cases.

Hi, What version of PHP are you using ? Newscoop makes use of stream_resolve_include_path() which is available in PHP >= 5.3.2. That might be the cause, can you please check that out and let us know. Thanks. All Best,

Search Results Are Not What Is Expected.
Hi, Can you please provide more information on this? like specific examples of the bad behavior or missing results. Searching is all about indexation, if some keywords are not indexed then Newscoop will deliver no results for those.

how to re move old article from database
What do you exactly mean? You can always do it in the back-end, it is safer as removing the article will remove all the references (link to images, files, topics, etc...). If you remove the article entry from the database, you will only get to a poi…
