Well, all files related to CAPTCHA are in the package and if you were missing some files then something copied not properly I guess. I will install newscoop, the latest version and I will check it later. I will let you know here. Best,

Hi Jarrett, it wont be possible because you can set themes only for publications, you can try editing your templates and manually configure it..

Hi Marley, which version of Newscoop are you using? try updating your Newscoop version to latest one: https://www.sourcefabric.org/en/newscoop/download/ or https://github.com/sourcefabric/Newscoop/releases/tag/4.2.4

Well, you can run one of these VPSes https://www.digitalocean.com/pricing/ the cheapest one is for $5/month and for testing newscoop it's enough :) but you will have to set up apache and php, depends whoch OS u choose for your VPS. Best,

Well, you need connect to your server via SSH. Shared hostings usually dont provide this access.. you should ask your provider about this access. Or you should get VPS and isntall Newscoop there Here is how to connect via SSH using your provider ser…

Like Manfred Honka wrote. You can buy cheap VPS for $5-10/mo with root access and install it there. Shared hosting require root privileges, so VPS is the best option here. Best,
