I believe this is related to the Debian package not marking Airtime as successfully installed since you have a unorthodox config where you aren't using localhost to refer to Airtime and this confuses the system check run at the end of install. …

The problem appears to be related to nginx not setting the PATH variable, whereas apache does. setting PATH=/usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/bin/usr/bin/ before running the liquidsoap commands resolves the issue. This fix will be included in 2.3.0 final.

Gdebi, file not found: airtime-easy-setup.deb
If you are following these instructions: http://en.flossmanuals.net/airtime-en-2-3/easy-setup/ You need to be in the same directory as the .deb file for the gdebi command to work.
