Have you already rebooted? We not yet upgraded but in the past we faced the same issue and it was fixed after reboot

Airtime 2.0.3 released, fixes critical security issue
Hi, upgrade completed and system restarted correctly at 9.28AM GMT +1 today. After more than 1 hour Airtime 2.0.3 streams correctly to 3 different servers (2 Icecast, 1 shoutcast). (Debian Squeeze VPS)

Hi, We faced the same problem today just after upgrading from 2.0.0 to 2.0.1. We fixed it disabling the stream, saving, re-enabling and re-saving in the stream settings tab after rebooted the server. Hope this helpful for you too
