Looking for help/cost estimate of changing the masthead of Newscoop 4.1

    Hi,
     We are a group of journalists from Thailand trying out/evaluating Sourcefabric Newscoop 4.1 (already installed on the server of qualified hosting service provider in Canada).
     As Sourcefabric CMS is virtually unknown in Thailand, we have tried but could not find any developer to help us with even the simple task of customizing the masthead for our planned online newspaper.
     We only need to change the masthead for now, so we can present a mock-up to our colleagues who will be encouraged to have a hands-on experience.
     As none of us have any CMS development experience, any help directing us toward a developer who are willing to take a small and simple job would be much appreciated.
