Airtime - no play button in the listen popup
  • Hi

I just installed the Airtime 2.1.beta following all the defaults, freshly installed OS; and it works extremely well.

I do have a question though:

Also, when I click the LISTEN button, when it is broadcasting, I can see from the manual that there is supposed to
be a play button there. But on my installation, this play button is missing.

I have done a airtime-systemcheck and it reports that everything is working fine.

You need to point your listeners to your Icecast server (whatever server
you set up in System->Streams). If you want a widget for a web page, then
    look at these instructions: https://wiki.sourcefabric.org/x/0oB9

The listen button is for Airtime users (admins/djs/etc) to listen to the
live stream. There is no play button in that window anymore in 2.1 as it
doesnt make sense - you are listening to a continuous live stream. You can
    only mute and unmute.
