At the moment I don't think Airtime needs to call lame directly. It was
proposed that Airtime might transcode files automatically on import, to
meet a predefined standard, but there are quality reasons for not doing
that. If you're going to lossy encode, e.g. for an Icecast stream
because of bandwidth limitations, it's best to only do that once, and in
a way that doesn't compromise the quality of the archive.
