"Add article" button is gone

    Looks like the "Add article" button has been removed from the article edit
    screen. It is useful because it allows you to create another article in
    that section without doing any extra work (the "Actions->Add Article" makes
    you choose pub,issue,section from scratch). Otherwise you have to go back
    to the article list before that option is available. Can we add it back in
    please? Could be part of the "Actions" drop down as an alternative to add
    more clutter to the interface.
