These day's there are GStreamer bindings for C++ available, a wrapper
library / API for the multimedia library.
It's called GStreamerMM and it is designed to allow C++ development of
applications that work with multi-media. Until now Campcaster is stocked
to C bindings, besides Campcaster it self is done in C++. The question
would be what are the pro's and con's for using?
For what i know there is lots of work still to be done, but there's
working examples that play video and music. At the moment, the c++
bindings are being developed and discussed in the gtkmm-list. The
latest release is 0.9.5. Please see the following release information
