promoting gstreamer-0.10 branch to trunk

    I will be promoting gstreamer-0.10 branch to trunk today. There are a few steps that need to be taken.
    First I will be synchronizing campcaster-1.3 with trunk as it is one version older.
    Once this is done, I will do a merge of gstreamer-0.10 to trunk.
    I will send a message once this work is completed.
    Please be aware of this next time you get the code as trunk will now be the active codebase for bug fixes and all future work.

    Promotion to trunk is completed. I have tested a clean build from the trunk and it works. If you find any problems with this work, please report immediately.
