find your apache logs and tail them. Depending on distro you could
find them in a subdirectory of /var/log. On Debian, to view the log
you could type:
tail -f /var/log/apache2/access.log
Then view the page from a location outside your network. If you see a
new log entry, look at the response to see what the error is. If you
don't see anything and the browser times out, check your firewall, as
it's probably blocking traffic to that host.
